Vintage Chinese porcelain parrot hand painted famille rose enamels 15.5 in tall

Vintage Chinese porcelain parrot, elaborately hand painted with enamels in the Famille Rose pallet, Chinese coins for wealth, ribbon birds, butterflies, and bats for happiness, Buddha hand fruit, the mark on the bottom reads "Yi Qian Tang" factory, and "Long Nian Zhi", made in the year of the dragon, with the 12 year cyclical Chinese calendar, the choices are most likely 1964 or 1976, given the elaborate hand painting, I would guess 1964 during the cultural revolution, general good condition with no cracks or large chips, some missing enamels are flaked off, the approximate size is 15.5 inches tall, #8728, the shipping cost may seem high, but I have to pack it carefully to avoid breakage
