    Here is a
    nice used pair of Starrett No. 73A-8 calipers in the 8" size.
    They are the spring-type with a solid-type screw nut.  They work great and can measure the full 8" size range.   There are no owner engravings on them, just a few spots from age.  These run .00 if new today from Starrett.
