    This machine is hydraulically operated and appears to be functional. Due to lack of hydraulic pump this couldn't be tested; however, it came from the reliable source of a recently closed plant which ended operations. The unit has minor signs of use - including scratches and 1 leg slightly bent. The unit has 3 hydraulic motors, no hydraulic pump, and no guard. The unit is on an anodized aluminum and stainless steel frame, with 4 casters and 4 leveling legs.
