ART GLASS PAPERWEIGHT: Bubbles and possible Hot Air Balloon Inside. Condition is "Used".
No chips or cracks.  In picture #10, I have pointed out a flaw in the glass.  I don't believe that it is a chip in the glass, just a flaw.  Everything else looks good to me, but please view the pictures to determine what you think the condition is.  No returns.
