3lb Pure, Raw, Georgia  Tupelo Honey.   Harvested off the swamps of the Altamaha River. Directly from the beekeeper. From our home to your table.  We are a small family owned farm. We harvest our honey off our land.  We never process or filter our honey.  We coarsely strain our honey, delivering some of the best raw Tupelo honey you can find. We always try to ship our honey the safest, most economical way.
We had a great  harvest this year. It was not a bumper crop, but what we did harvest is really nice. The color is beautiful and the taste is wonderful!

What is raw honey?  Raw honey is "honey as it exists in the beehive"  Raw honey simply means it is not processed, heated or filtered . We coarsely strain our honey.
What is the white stuff at the top of my honey bottle?  Honey foam is air bubbles that have trapped some pretty great properties of honey like pollen, propolis, and wax. There is nothing wrong with your honey and you can eat the foam.
